In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "sjo77" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the sjo77 platform, accessible at sjo77.ws and any associated mobile or desktop applications.
• "Platform" refers to the sjo77 website, mobile interface, and all services, games, and features made available through those channels.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the sjo77 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered member profile associated with a unique username and password held on the sjo77 system.
• "Balance" refers to the total of all real-money funds held in a Member's sjo77 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free-spin winnings, or other non-cash value credited to a Member's Account as part of a sjo77 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total aggregate bet amount a Member must place before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process sjo77 uses to confirm a Member's eligibility to use the Platform.
• "Applicable Law" refers to the laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements applicable to sjo77's operating license jurisdiction and, where relevant, to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia as they pertain to the individual Member.

By accessing the sjo77 Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website without a registered account — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are registering a sjo77 Account on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by completing registration you agree to these Terms on their behalf. In practice, sjo77 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable; you may not create an account on behalf of a third party for their own use.

sjo77 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active sjo77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. sjo77 does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
3. You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party when registering or using the Platform.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of sjo77, nor a close family member of any such person.
5. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
6. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether issued by sjo77 or any other gambling operator or regulatory authority — that would prohibit your use of a platform of this nature.
7. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law, even if you are otherwise a resident of Indonesia.

sjo77 may request documentary evidence to verify any or all of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one (1) sjo77 Account. The creation of duplicate, parallel, or secondary accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering your sjo77 Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sjo77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.

sjo77 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from sjo77 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

sjo77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account that was opened in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All deposits to sjo77 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following deposit methods are currently supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and processing times may vary by payment method and are displayed clearly at the point of transaction in the sjo77 Cashier. sjo77 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time and will notify affected Members of material changes.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. sjo77 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

sjo77 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or any intermediate financial institution. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within the expected processing time, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests from a sjo77 Account may only be made to a payment account held in your own name and matching the details on file as part of your verified KYC profile. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

sjo77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for all approved requests to supported Indonesian banks and e-wallets. This benchmark applies to standard requests during normal operating conditions. In certain circumstances — including but not limited to requests that trigger manual review, KYC verification holds, or technical delays from the receiving institution — processing may take longer.

sjo77 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the Member's part.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the sjo77 Cashier at the time of request. sjo77 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion. Members who believe their withdrawal limits are inappropriate for their verified player status are encouraged to contact our support team.

Any Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be deducted from the withdrawal amount before processing. A full breakdown of your real-money Balance versus Bonus Funds balance is always available in your Account dashboard.

sjo77 offers a range of promotional bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the AFF Cup, BRI Liga 1 season, Idul Fitri, and Imlek — subject to the following general terms:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including applicable Wagering Requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry dates. These specific terms are disclosed at the point of promotion acceptance and take precedence over any general statement in this clause.
• Unless otherwise stated, a welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible Member. Duplicate account creation to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• sjo77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of a system error, or any other form of abuse.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash in any form until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• When a Member holds both real-money Balance and Bonus Funds simultaneously, real-money Balance is used first by default unless the game or promotion specifies otherwise.
• sjo77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions that have already been accepted and are being actively wagered through will be honored to the extent specified in their individual terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the sjo77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) Account, whether in your own name or using fictitious, borrowed, or stolen identity details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with sjo77.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members, including in live poker, live casino card games, or any other game in which player interaction can affect outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or system malfunctions in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known or reasonably discoverable error may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet Wagering Requirements while minimizing genuine gambling risk.
• Using the sjo77 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another Member's Account or to any sjo77 back-end system.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or intimidates sjo77 staff, support agents, or other Members.

All content on the sjo77 Platform — including but not limited to the sjo77 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of sjo77 or its licensed third-party content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the Platform.
• Use the sjo77 name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context without prior written consent.
• Scrape, index, or aggregate any data from the Platform without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of sjo77 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal legal action in addition to immediate Account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, sjo77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings due to Platform downtime, technical failure, or internet connectivity issues on the part of the Member or any intermediate network provider.
• Loss of data, including betting history, account records, or personal information, resulting from circumstances outside sjo77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party financial institutions, including Indonesian banks and e-wallet providers.
• Any decision by sjo77 to void a bet, restrict a market, or suspend a game in accordance with these Terms.

sjo77's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the calendar month in which the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit sjo77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

sjo77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products on the Platform. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we are dedicated to providing the tools and support necessary to help Members maintain healthy, enjoyable gambling habits.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all sjo77 Members at no cost through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to keep your spending within a budget you are comfortable with. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter Member rights or obligations, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice.

If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the sjo77 Platform and may request the closure of your Account and the withdrawal of any remaining real-money Balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sjo77 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through sjo77's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunal in that licensing jurisdiction.

sjo77's internal complaints procedure operates as follows:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to our support team via live chat or email, providing your full Account username and a clear description of the issue.
2. sjo77 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority as notified to you at the time of our response.
